WSD Announces 2,600 WOW Factor Award Goal; Every WOW Moment Matters

In the Wentzville School District, our staff make a difference every day, and we want to make sure they know how much they matter! Last year, 700 WSD employees were recognized with WOW Factor Awards—moments of gratitude submitted by parents, students, and colleagues.
This year, we’re aiming higher. Our goal is 2,600 celebrations, representing every full-time staff member in the District. So far, we’re 2% of the way there—and we need your help to reach the finish line!
